Carolyn's Chili (not too hot!) the key is seasoning the ground beef

2 lbs ground beef, browned seasoned with pepper, onion powder, mccormicks steak house grinder, lawrys, and onion flakes - drained

1 can Mrs. Grimes chili beans - use whatever size you prefer, depends on how many beans you want in your chili
1 large can tomato juice
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 pkg. chili seasoning - use a brand name not store brand - they just don't taste the same

Combine all and bring to a boil - simmer for 30-45 minutes. It's best when left in the crock pot all day.
