I forgot! I got my grades. Got a B on my final and got a B for the semester - now I have a Ceritficate of Minstry. Start my Pastoral degree next fall!

Welcome to My Front Porch!

I’m taking a leap of faith here. Trusting that my life experiences and love of learning will translate to a great relationship with you.

I asked my husband what I am an expert at. He said, “Cooking.” I want to teach you more than how to cook though. I want to teach you how to enjoy your life and actually want to cook, have time to cook and have the ingredients you need on hand to cook. That extends to having the dishes done so you can cook. And a plan, because if it’s Dance Night, you might have to use the crock pot or have nuggets and fries.

As I write each new post, I will share more about my journey. Tell you where I have succeeded and also epicly failed. Apparently I just made up a new word. EPICLY failed. You know exactly what I mean – right?

Stay tuned – Homespun Faith has just begun. There is hope for your chaos. Meals to be cooked with love. Children to be brought up in the faith. Marriages to be saved. And laughter to be shared.
