let's catch up

there will be no caps in the blog - jaiden pulled off the shift key on my laptop - or exclamation points haha

let's start with what's been going on - a timeline of sorts

last sunday - cody stepped on a nail while doing chores - it punctured his foot - he got an infection that night - we went to the dr. monday - he missed school - was on crutches because of the pain - took antibiotics - and is all better now

conner and wyatt come mon.-thurs. after school - they help with chores, we have a big supper, do homework and i take them home around 7

i got a new washer and dryer...the old dryer almost caught on fire - john had bought me a washer back in 2001 - i got my first washer on a thursday and he proposed on friday - coincidence that the appliance store was right next to the jewelry store? hmmm

jaiden is growing - has a few words she can say "ows" for cows, "night night" and "yes" - she repeats a lot of words we say and it catches us off guard

jaima is having a great time at school - she got all of her spelling words correct on her first test - she wants to be spelling bee champion like her mommy

the girls and i went garage sale-ing with julie in denver today - in the rain - we had a blast and got a lot of nice things - too bad there aren't more boy garage sales - right julie? pink everywhere!

youth group started wednesday - we had over 40 kids - served 22 pizzas - wow - God is at work all around us - and continues to answer prayers - i love these kids - we had a great time - and the energy was so contagious

tuesday - okay - the timeline is not in chronological order at all - we babysat noah - that was so much fun - cody and him became instant buddies - he kept turning the lights on and off and giggling - he also ate all of the animal crackers with cody while i took jaima to her first dance class

i am continuing to watch the markets, the political scene, and read many blogs to try and keep up - things are definitely happening in our world that can only be explained as part of God's plan...it's comforting to know that it all points to Christ's return AMEN
