Fall has got to be here. Cooler temps. Rain. The sound of rain on the roof is something I will never take for granted again. We have had too many dry months the past two years. The Farmer has spent too much time checking the weather and the markets and worrying. Praying you can never get too much of, and we both have done a lot of that.
I have to admit Pinterest has stolen much of my attention. And a group on Facebook called Planner Addicts. I pick a project from Pinterest to complete each day. Sometimes it's organizing. Some days decorating. And maybe a recipe or cleaning tip or two. www.pinterest.com Try it. You'll like it.
As far as the planner stuff. I don't think I could make it without my FlyLady calendar or my hot pink Franklin Covey planner with my Graceworks planner pages! I got the planner for three bucks at the local thrift store. They retail for almost a hundred! I do love a bargain. And I do love showing up on time :)
The Farmer has been working off the farm. Cody has been taking care of the cattle. We are both so proud of him for stepping up to the plate. He gets an income and we get peace of mind! He is in his senior year of college finishing up his Ag Business Management degree. He has studied animal nutrition, GPS and field mapping. He wants to work for his uncle's seed company when he graduates. And hopefully for us, too, otherwise I am gonna have to learn to drive a tractor. I have always avoided that because a farm wife can't know everything!
It feels good to be inspired and to write again. It only happened today because AJ is sleeping in :)
